Inktober day 15 - Mysterious

The Okapi (Okapia johnstoni) is a pretty mysterious animal. It's existence had been hinted at for a while with accounts from the native people of a kind of donkey called the Atti and accounts from explorers of an animal with striped disappearing into the rainforest. The Okapi eventually earned the name of "the african unicorn" because of the mystery surrounding its existence. Eventually it was found, but even then the mystery lingered as researchers tried to classify the unusual animal.
